7.4Tim Ho Wan - Dimsum Hồng Kông - Lotte Hotel HanoiHigh ceiling and panoramic view. Very nice location and atmosphere. Staffs are very supportive. I tried world famous “Baked bun with BBQ sauce” but maybe my expectation was too high. I enjoyed texture of crust and skin but filling was a bit too sweet for me. “Prawn rice roll” was nice. Sauce on the roll was poured at the table to keep good texture of the roll. “Shrimp dumpling” was tasty but not really outstanding. The most interesting experience in here was ice cold “Jasmine Tea”. When they served, I thought they brought beer, wrong drink. The bartender explained he wanted to do something different so, he did Jasmine tea shaking to create some foam. Very nice idea. Oh, by the way, if you need vinegar for your dim sum, you cannot find it in here. They only offer “Lea & Perrins” sauce which is maybe their iconic idea.
